Thursday,
Feb 12, 2009 - Sorry, the mass-o-meter broke. Actually, I lost
the source file for it and need to recreate it... a job for another
day. My current weight is 338, a total loss of 22 pounds since
January 1st, and down 2 pounds from this time last week. We had 2
very rare days of February rain earlier in the week which made for some
very old messy slushy snow in bad places. Score 2 major aerobic
snowshovelling sessions! There is flab noticably missing from my
thighs, yippee!
Wednesday,
2/4/2009 - Right now, I am through the first month, and my average
(and peak weights) are down 20 pounds for January. My new goal is for
February 22, and my target weight at that time will be 330
pounds. I have come to realize how important it is to know about
salt, and am working on an article on salt, water and weight. If
you don't see it below now, check back in a day or two.
Wednesday, 1/28/2009 - Right now, I am closing in on the end of my
first month of change. I seem to be on a good balance, I am
loosing enough, quickly enough, to see frequent improvement. I am
not stressing or straining to do what I need to do, I am confident that
these changes are permanent habit changes. It is warming up enough to
go outside and move around, so it's time to move some snow!
